You can easily change a client’s details on their behalf if they have been entered incorrectly.
To adjust a client’s public details such as their name or phone number:
- In your Partner Portal, go to Clients>Client List
- Click the Viewing eye to navigate to the Client's portal.
- Once in the client's portal, navigate to ‘Team’.
- Select the relevant client’s name and click 'Edit'
- In the ‘Public details’ section, you can adjust the client’s Alias, their relationship, phone number and date of birth. In the 'Private details' section, you can adjust information like address, gender and contact details.
- Once your changes have been made, click ‘Save’.
